1. Communications

By creating an account on our Service, you consent to receive newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, and other information from us. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or contacting us at support@techyeti.com.

2. Purchases

If you decide to purchase any product or service through our Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide details such as your credit card number/PayPal details, expiration date, VAT ID, billing address, and shipping information. You confirm that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of our Service are available on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), either monthly or annually, depending on your subscription plan.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or TechYeti cancels it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize TechYeti to charge all Subscription fees to any provided payment instruments.

If automatic billing fails, TechYeti will issue an electronic invoice, and you must manually complete the payment within a specified deadline.

4. Freemium Model Terms

TechYeti offers ClipMagic under a freemium model to allow users access to essential features of the product at no cost. The freemium plan includes basic tools and functionalities, enabling users to understand ClipMagic’s capabilities without financial commitment. Users can use these features indefinitely, subject to the terms and limitations herein. For access to advanced features or enhanced support, premium subscription plans are available for purchase. By using the freemium version of ClipMagic, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions specified in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. TechYeti reserves the right to modify or terminate the freemium offering at any time, with or without notice.

5. Fee Changes

TechYeti reserves the right to change Subscription fees at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee changes. Continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.

6. Refunds

All monthly and annual purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your control panel. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period.

7. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service and are responsible for protecting those rights. We do not take responsibility or assume liability for the Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the Service or any other user’s enjoyment of the Service.

9. Third-Party Integration and Copyright Disclaimer

By using any third-party integrations offered within ClipMagic, such as services from Pexels, Pixabay, Coverr, and Giphy, you acknowledge that TechYeti is not responsible for any copyright issues or claims related to the content provided by these third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of such content complies with all applicable copyright laws and regulations. TechYeti makes no warranties or representations regarding the legality, accuracy, or ownership of any third-party content accessed through these integrations. Users should review the terms of service and licensing agreements of each third-party provider to understand their rights and obligations.

10. Analytics
